Well... Thats the BS behind US immigration laws. Actually is easier just to cross the river than having to deal with the process. Now the worst thing is that in the future is impossible for Halvar to come to the US (to teach) as H1B work visas have become a random selection process. Maybe he can figure it out some weakness in the distribution and get selected. Soooo whats gonna happen for every single IT,etc. conference were they bring "regularly" international people to teach?. Thats why in the US the amount of skilled security people is getting lower and lower. Halvar.. plz find an American wife or tell BH to open an intrenational office get hire by them WAIT A YEAR! and transfer....or just cross the river.
