I have XP SP2 and instead of opening the Calculator it still crashes. What's up, it's not so critical or not affecting all versions after all?

And a note about MS not fixing the issue when first discovered: if you're a developer and have other more important bugs to fix you leave the ones to the end which can't be exploited to cause further damage. Although if you can crash something most probably you can exploit the flaw to do further damage...
