I would be ok with their statement if I was provided the logs of the compromised servers along with any other information that might lead to the individuals that now have my info, if someone has my personal information, then that principle should work both ways.

In the case of 'emergency'; involving potential loss of life or property, the law does not apply.

It is my opinion that they should post the logs...
