One significant point missed in this article was the call for Electronic/Cyber Jihad by the mastermind of the 2002 Bali Nightclub bomber, Imam Samudra. In his autoboigraphy he not only encouraged young jihadists to attack the US, he gave them links to sites to assit in their education about hacking and attacking. The FBI shutdown a number of those sites.

The call for cyber terrorism will continue to go out and the only factor saving the web from a truly devistating attack is the fact that the attacks are not organized and concentrated. With organization comes effectiveness.
