The legality of illegal acts is clear, they're illegal. Duh. But seriously folks, because the world population is a much higher number than the world's population of terrorists, this is an expensive folly to generate overwhelming false positives, false negatives, and probably NO useful data in pursuant of the perceived threat. If you really want to save US lives, then attack heart disease.
