I have already determined that if I travel outside the country, I will encrypt my computer files before I return and NOT give my private login/password to agents. Not only that, I will have created a "guest" account on my computer so that, if really pushed, I will simply login to that guest account. There will be no perusing my personal documents, etc, on my linux system.
Even if they managed to get to my real home partition on my laptop, there would be that pesky encrypted file thing.
