Does anybody know how advanced mainstream China is with deploying IT resources at the corporate level? Considering that this is a communist nation would mean a majority of it's markets are owned by it's government. That would likely mean their IT policies or lack thereof would stretch across many of these branches of it's government. How well do they secure their systems? Is it possible that they do such a poor job at deploying IT that the hacker community uses these systems to bounce their attacks?
