No, I'm an epilepsy forum admin that has seen this BS go down more than a few times. The griefers at 7chan tried to attack my forum 3 times in the week prior to attacking the NSE and EFA forums. When they were hitting the EFA, I knew where to look thanks to my experience last November. I've got local copies saved of the 7chan /b/ threads where the attacks were being instigated.

This isn't a new phenomenon and, IMO, it doesn't have anything to do with "Anonymous" or the CoS though both sides are playing it for all they can from what I see. This is just the work of a bunch of delinquents whose actions are condoned (allowed to continue repeatedly) and protected by 7chan admins.
