Maybe they should publish a report NOT containing Auction fraud or non-delivery of goods since that can happen via mail order as well or even just person to person.

I'd like to know what Cybercrime I can fight against technically. These other crimes have been around since the dark ages and really just mean the buyer should beware as always.
