Col. talks about putting the machines .mil and .gov. Does this mean we could provoke those domains to shoot themselves in the foot. Make them react and slow down or worse DDOS their own network?

Interesting read though on the real article at http://www.armedforcesjournal.com/2008/05/3375884. Why doesn't securityfocus.com not reference the orginal piece?
