I'm dealing with malwares everyday, and the most infections are due to Infostealer.Gamepass which steals online games passwords. My recommendations are:

1) Deploy a content filtering solution

2) Gateway IPS / AV

3) Patch management

4) Use a secre browser (try ff3, opera9)

5) Use a good AV (symantec, kaspersky)

6) Device Control (no USB dongles !)

7) User awareness
