Paragraph 11 is nothing. Check out para 7, which gets you to agree, in full, with their Privacy Policy. Then refer to said Privacy Policy and check Cookies and Information sharing specifically. In a nutshell you are agreeing to:

allow them to track you through cookies.

use your browsing habits as they see fit.

And you thought Microsoft was bad.
