More than likely he ran off at the lips and told a few people. That is always how stupid people get caught.I take offense at calling him a hacker since he didn't hack anything, but alas.

He did break the law, and got caught, so prosecute him. Sorry, gotta treat everyone evenly, and anyone else (besides a congressmen s son of course) would face serious criminal charges
