This is the public document registry for the Supreme Court of Estonia. And what we see there? Indeed, the person has provided an appeal on June 16 2008. But - as soon as on June 07 2008, the Supreme court decided to decline the appeal at all ("määrus: mitte menetleda" which means not even to process the appeal).
This way, in late October somebody is claiming his appeal is still in production while it actually was promptly denied already in July. Is it a lie or is it a damn lie?
BTW, the number of the court case is 1-06-14599 and the registry number is 7-1-1-204-08. To my best knowledge, the employees of the Supreme Court speak English fluently. Look for the phone numbers at the English section of the site or simply dial +372 7 309 002.
