He broke the law. After he broke the law he tries to explain why breaking the law was needed. If this were a traffic ticket he was attempting to argue his way out of with a cop on a road-side in Mississippi at 3am... it would still not be a case for only a *warning*. He did the same thing with 2 nations which have since been DESTROYED. Based upon lies and a personal adgenda he BROKE THE FREAKING LAW and then afterwards tried to rationalize it. Point blank, the man is a habitual 8 year old who knows he screwed up but even when confronted with his prior knowledge STILL attempts to talk his way out of it.

People need to start from the begining. In the begining of this HE BROKE THE LAW.
