Why complain about Mueller? It's no longer relevant whether he posted the exploit, it's out there and Microsoft will now have to put all it's resources behind protecting it's enteprise customers.

This is why full disclosure works in the eyes of some security experts, they believe it forces companies to dedicate their resources to fixing this issue.
