In my company I'm very dilligant about posting the updates that I see once I know of them. Unfortunately with one commercial program that we use we can't do the latest updates as then it breaks the functionality of a custom program that we use, and getting the contractors that developed the program to get it to work with the updates is like pulling teeth.
