A web services (currently SOAP) pen testing fuzzer. It works off a combination of static attack data as well as dynamic intelligently generated attack vectors. Some of its features are IDS Evasion and some automated WSDL discovery.

Pen Tester

This tool is awesome! It brutally rips away at the web service and really tests its boundaries and capabilities. Be careful though because it will affect your web services if they are vulnerable. Many thanks to neurofuzz for this open source addition to a security engineers toolbox.
