This is a 1099 Opportunity. Client: IBM Oasis Position: Security Engineer Location: Annapolis Junction, MD START DATE: ASAP RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: · Lead the security design of a database application with J2EE based UI. · Provide Information security subject matter expertise in support of design, development and test. · Responsibilities will include documentation updates and support to the solution certification and accreditation process for use by DHS/TSA. DESIRED EFFICIENCY: CISSP or working toward CISSP status. UNIQUE SKILLS: While an existing clearance is not a requirement for this position; candidates with a clearance significantly accelerate the on boarding process and should be prioritized. Candidates without a security clearance will be required to obtain a TSA-initiated Background Investigation (SF85P, 4-6 weeks) prior to being onboarded.
