(Started as a Linux Engineer and excelled to Manager Operations).

• Managed more than 500 Firewall, IDS and VPN devices all over the world and lead a team of 13 system guys.

• Developed and Implemented the Policies to harmonize the start to end operations of analyzing, testing, deploying and after sale support of BWT Security devices (DPI).

• Managed 24x7 Support operations with critical servers and sensitive clients.

• Renewed the support contracts of old customers by customer happy policies.

• Successfully deployed FreePKI Server as a service, made policies for it. Secured and managed its 24x7 operations.

• Developed a web-based vacation messenger plug-in for Squirrel mail (http: / / www.squirellmail.org), abandoning ftp, Tools were used PHP and Shell Scripting.

• In-house deployment of Jabber server (http: / / www.jabber.org) in Linux, customize it to keep in contact hundreds of clients all over the world to our support engineers. Scripts were developed using Perl and mysql.

• IDS Integration & packaging: Integrate apache, mysql, snort and ACID for deploying at Windows®, test it and deploy the package using GHOST Packager.

• Defended system against Root Kits and worked on incident handling.
