EXEMPT JOB DESCRIPTION Date: August 1, 2007 Page: 1 Job Title: AP Process Owner- Information Security Planning and Metrics Position Code: Pyramid: Legal Department: Assets Protection Pyramid/Dept. Approval: Operating Company: Target Date: August 1, 2007 PRIMARY FUNCTION Develops and maintains comprehensive Information Security Charter, strategic plans, operating plans, and progress reports. Develops metrics and methods of measurement specific to information security goals/objectives and business requirements. Develops and leads business units through reporting processes. Represents Assets Protection with internal and external partners in order to achieve information security objectives PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Drives the design, development and maintenance of the Information Security Charter, Roadmap, Operating Plans, and progress reports. Develops and implements metrics and methods of collecting data from pyramid and business units specific to established metrics. Designs and produces periodic progress reports utilizing information provided by pyramids/business units and communicates overall progress against objectives to Information Security leaders. Develops implementation plans/remediation plans based on metrics collected and approved operating plans. Communicates implementation plans, metrics methods, and strategic plans to key stakeholders. Develops strong cross pyramid partnerships with representatives of the Information Security Working Council. Special projects as assigned by the Group Manager Information Security Planning and Metrics This description is intended as a guide only. JOB REQUIREMENTS MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree 2-5 years Planning, Information Security, or Project Management experience Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
