SE&I Plans & Process (P&P) Engineer 08004537 The P&P IPT has a requirement for a process engineer with Air Force domain experience to perform the following tasks: Work with SEIT process owners to update and map out their processes using swim-lane diagrams Work with process owners to identify meaningful performance metrics and begin collection of those metrics Create/generate monthly summary performance report based on collected metrics for each SEIT process plus representation of overall SEIT operation – and present to SE&I leadership team and Wing forum on quarterly basis Identify opportunities for improvements to SEIT processes based on analysis of data provided by process owners |
| Job Requirements: | BS degree. Fifteen years of general experience (10 yrs with a master’s degree) required. Former Air Force Officer with minimum of 8 years experience working in the systems engineering arena on large scale DoD acquisition programs required. Experience working in or with the GPS Wing. |
