Kernel Level System Security with RF Smart Card [Team Size: 3] Platform:Linux Language: C Role:Team Member Boot process modification done to provide kernel security. Smart card interface module has inserted after boot process to authenticate valid user. Mifare card technology used to provide security with sector trailor and access conditions. Boot process and smart card interface made for access control and smart card reader protocol made for read/write operations, which help for making transactions on card itself. 2. Small DSLinux like OS Design with User Mode Linux [Team Size-3] Platform:Linux Language: C Role:Team Leader This is product-based project focused on usage of host Linux kernel space modules in user space as application in clustered networking with virtual file systems, kernel debugging and device drivers written with User Mode Linux aiming with sensor networks.This product aims to run kernel applications in user mode and with UML programming system calls, networking, and IPC routines have implemented to test these applications. Kernel simulation for tape read and tape write, ioctl functionalities has done through this product.
