HA! Yeah you aren't. The card is 297mW, with a 5dBi antenna they sell
it with your EIRP (total directed output power) is about 1W....on
channel 6, in 802.11b mode. Don't get me wrong, it's one of the best
cards on the market, but don't believe that marketing crap.
