Intervations FileCopa Directory Arguments Mutiple Buffer Overflow Vulnerabilities
FileCopa is prone to multiple buffer-overflow vulnerabilities because the application fails to properly bounds-check user-supplied input before copying it to insufficiently sized memory buffers. Successful exploits may allow remote attackers to execute arbitrary machine code in the context of the affected application, which may facilitate the remote compromise of affected computers. FileCOPA 1.01 version 2006-07-18 is vulnerable; other versions may also be affected. |
