High Performance Anonymous FTP Server Multiple Remote Buffer Overflow Vulnerabilities
High Performance Anonymous FTP server is prone to multiple remote buffer-overflow vulnerabilities because the application fails to bounds-check user-supplied data before copying it into an insufficiently sized buffer. An attacker can exploit these issues to execute arbitrary code within the context of the affected application. Failed exploit attempts will result in a denial of service. High Performance Anonymous FTP server version 1.01 is vulnerable; other versions may also be affected. |
