Solution: Microsoft has released Knowledge Base Articles 218180 and 834141 to address this issue. Manual steps to address this issue in IIS 4.0, 5.0, or 5.1 have been described in Knowledge Base Article 218180. A hotfix is available from Microsoft to address this issue is IIS 6.0.
