Linux Kernel 'do_pages_move()' Local Information Disclosure Vulnerability

The Linux kernel is prone to a local information-disclosure vulnerability.

Local attackers can exploit this issue to obtain sensitive information that may lead to further attacks. Given the nature of this issue, attackers may also be able to corrupt memory and cause a denial of service, but this has not been confirmed.

This issue was introduced in the Linux kernel 2.6.18 and fixed in 2.6.33-rc7.
