Linux Kernel 'CAP_NET_ADMIN' Unauthorized Access Vulnerability

The Linux Kernel is prone to an unauthorized-access vulnerability because processes with 'CAP_SYS_MODULE' privileges or 'CAP_NET_ADMIN' privileges may allow attackers to load arbitrary modules.

An attacker with authenticated access to the affected application can exploit this issue to load arbitrary modules on the affected computer.
