Simple Web Counter URI Parameter Buffer Overflow Vulnerability

Simple Web Counter (SWC) is prone to a remotely exploitable buffer overflow condition. This is due to insufficient bounds checking of the 'ctr=' URI parameter. Exploitation of this vulnerability may allow an attacker to execute arbitrary code with the privileges of the webserver process.
