GNU Bash CVE-2014-7186 Local Memory Corruption Vulnerability

GNU Bash is prone to a local memory-corruption vulnerability.

An attacker can exploit this issue to execute arbitrary code within the context of the affected application. Failed exploit attempts will result in a denial-of-service condition.

GNU Bash 3.2 and later are vulnerable; prior versions may also be affected.
